In 2019 Greta Thunberg sailed from Sweden to New York to attend the Global SDG Summit. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals were agreed to by all Member States of the United Nations in 2015 as global blueprint for dignity, peace and prosperity for people and the planet. But the problem is the average person doesn't know what they are. So to create awareness for the 17 goals we leveraged one of the biggest media events of the year - Greta sailing into New York harbour. Every TV network in the world was aiming their camera at her boat, so we surrounded it in 17 other boats with an SDG on each sail. Gaining more awareness for the goals in 4 minutes than they've had in 4 years.
